It would take effort and may require expertise or understanding that is not available with whatever team that Capcom is paying for a collection but if that's all you want it's probably easier than emulating a Dreamcast. The extra options as well as the dip switch settings in Double Impact, Third Strike, the Alpha Anthology, ST Dreamcast and maybe some other game that I'm forgetting are interesting, but again they could probably be achieved with a hack or a cheat engine. If you included a cheat engine or something similar (like the training mode in the 30AC collection) then you could do that quite easily. He's even in the arcade version of Third Strike but there's no way to play as him or against him without a cheat or a mod. At what point do you draw the line the Amiga and Spectrum ports? Yeah Shin Akuma is playable with a cheat in the arcade version if you play with an emulator. The versions of Turbo / Hyper Fighting on those carry some nostalgia for a lot of people but the official versions of Super are pretty bad. Oh wow you want the SNES and Genesis versions.
